By creating an account or using Vera AI Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to keep your account details up to date.

Vera AI Studio is an AI website builder that creates and customizes websites based on the descriptions and requests you provide. You can connect your own custom domain and publish the websites you build.

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Building a website and making changes each consume usage credits. A full website build typically costs only a few cents.

The Service is offered at $49 per month plus usage. You only pay for the AI credits you actually use. A 7-day free trial is available; standard usage charges still apply to credits consumed during the trial.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly fee and any usage you incur.

You retain ownership of the business information, descriptions, text, images, and other content you provide or generate for your website (“Your Content”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content.

You grant us a license to use Your Content as needed to provide the Service — for example, processing your descriptions with AI to build your pages.

You agree not to use the Service to build websites that contain illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable laws. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the Service’s operation.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Vera AI Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or service marks.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the websites you build before publishing them.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results you obtain from using it will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vera AI Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though any websites you have published remain subject to your domain and hosting arrangements.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tampa, Florida.
